Biography
Roman Vladimirovich Burtsev (Russian: Роман ÐладимиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ ÐÑÑÑев; 13 April 1971 â December 2023), known as The Chikatilo of Kamensk (Russian: ÐаменÑкий ЧикаÑило), was a Russian serial killer and child sex offender. Between 1993 and 1996, he raped and strangled six young children: five girls and one of the victims' brother. He committed all of the crimes in his hometown.
